Shadow Realm TCG – Shipping Information

At Shadow Realm TCG, we dispatch orders quickly and package all items securely to protect your trading cards during transit. All shipments are fully tracked.

UK Shipping (Domestic)

•  Processing & Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

•  Delivery Times: Standard delivery usually arrives in 2–4 business days. Express / Next-Day options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

•  Free Shipping Threshold: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £100.

•  We ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

International / Worldwide Shipping

•  We use DHL Express for reliable, fast, and fully tracked international delivery.

•  Processing Time: Same as UK (1–2 business days).

•  Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):

•  Europe: 2–5 business days

•  USA / Canada: 3–7 business days

•  Australia / Asia: 4–10 business days

•  Rest of World: 5–14 business days

•  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. We aim to keep international rates competitive.

•  Duties & Taxes: All international orders are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, or local taxes. These are not included in the shipping cost.

Important Shipping Notes

•  Tracking: Every order receives full tracking details, emailed to you as soon as it is dispatched.

•  High-Value Orders: Orders over £500 may require a signature on delivery and use enhanced security packaging at no extra cost.

•  Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they arrive in stock. Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order) ship together unless you request a split (extra fees may apply).

•  Delays: While we dispatch promptly, occasional delays can occur due to carrier schedules or customs. We will notify you by email if needed.

•  Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Redelivery or return fees may apply.

•  Packaging: Sealed products are protected with outer packaging. Singles are properly sleeved and secured.

Order Cut-off & Holidays

Orders placed before 2pm UK time on business days are prioritised for same-day dispatch where possible. We observe all UK public holidays — shipping resumes the next business day.
